Hi.... we are having a project of plugging an old tunnel with 6m dia but almost 2m high is filled with silt... at down stream we have an old broken valve which allows a 500 li per minute discharge coming from a reservoir which is 128m high... our aim is ,to plug the tunnel with a fast setting concrete for us to be able to incorporate a new head race at the down stream side.

any suggestion on how and what design of mix shall we use... they claim it is never done in the world but we're trying to do it for future reference.
